Stranded Sisters - Fiber art Show and tell

Stranded Sisters…

lib2

I have a passion for knitting, for fiber and ultimately for color!

I am just one of many “sisters” in this world who share the same passions. My older sister inspired me to knit again as if for the first time after many years. My mother gave me the confidence to try anything and learn from the experience. My best friends held my hand as I held my breath.   These “sisters” are the driving forces behind the pieces that I create. Each piece holds some portion of my life in it: from books I have read (some are even titled after characters), to music I have listened to, to people I someday hope to meet.
